Yes, solar panels will continue to work even when dirty, although at a degraded performance level. We have tracked output drops of over 15-20% in really dirty panels versus panels cleaned a day earlier. So if you are in an area prone to dusty weather, then cleaning your panels once a fortnite at least is advisable. Large, utility scale plants of course require much more regular maintenance.
