No, you should not sit on solar panels. While panels are rated to be able to carry a certain amount of weight, they are not made for carrying the sitting weight of an adult human. the occasional monkey, birds and hit by hailstones are what panels are designed to weather.
While solar panels are durable, it advised that one does not sit on solar panels due to risk of damaging the photovoltaic cells.
