There are selected Indian firms which are set to produce wafers and ingots in India in the coming few months/years. Companies like Adani Group and Waaree have already announced their plans to produce wafers and ingots. Few companies like Waaree Energies won the PLI award of the government to produce wafers and ingots in India. On the other hand, companies like Premier Energies and Emmvee Group have also announced producing wafers and ingots in the country.
