Reliance is yet to begin manufacturing solar modules. The company will begin production By March-April 2024 at its Jamnagar facility, based on inputs provided by it. However, initially, most of their production is expected to be used for captive consumption. So you may not need modules manufactured by Reliance being available for sale until much later.
However REC, a Singapore based firm that has been in the business of making solar modules for a long time was acquired by Reliance Industries in 2021. To that extent, you can buy modules from a Reliance owned module manufacturer even today in India.

ALMM restrictions, effective April 1, apply to almost all solar projects. The only exception they effectively allow is for off grid projects, where you are not using the grid at all. Captive projects, since they are connected to the grid, are not exempt anymore.
