The final prices is decided mutually by the customers and the installer company. The government has not fixed any fixed price of the installations.

    No, you should not sit on solar panels. While panels are rated to be able to carry a certain amount of weight, they are not made for carrying the sitting weight of an adult human. the occasional monkey, birds and hit by hailstones are what panels are designed to weather.
